It all started with four school friends and one shared mission — to make gluten-free food feel just as joyful, satisfying, and delicious as anything else on the menu.
Anupriya, one of the founders, had been gluten-free since childhood. While managing her health, she constantly found herself craving the foods she missed — tasty, familiar, comforting dishes — only to be disappointed by the limited, bland, or overly processed options in the market.
Her friends Pranjal, Namita, and Sahaja witnessed these struggles up close. What started as support turned into action. In 2018, they teamed up to create MindfulMunch — a brand rooted in friendship, food, and the belief that no one should have to compromise on flavor or quality, even with dietary restrictions.
Today, MindfulMunch continues to serve a growing community with mindful recipes, clean ingredients, and a whole lot of heart — because cravings deserve to be satisfied the right way.
